Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup rice wine vinegar
- 1/2 cup canola oil
- 1 tbs fresh garlic (chopped)
- 2 tbs. Green tea (powder)
- 2 tbs. Soy sauce
- 2 tbs. Chopped basil
- 1 tbs. Cracked black pepper
- Juice of 1 whole orange
- 2 green onions
- 1 tbs. Tahini
- Salt to taste (soy sauce will add quite a bit of salt)
- 5 oz of mixed greens or spinach
Preparation:
1.) Add all ingredients into a food processor and blend until smooth and consistent, for about 15 seconds.
2.) Toss and serve over your choice of greens or spinach.
Preparation Tips:
This works as well for marinating a chicken breast. The best greens to serve this over are mixed greens or spinach
