Dear Healthcare Think Tank Colleagues and Friends,

It seems that all of our lives have been disrupted unexpectedly by the Coronavirus. We now have a new, unwanted routine that has made our families and our communities anxious and possibly fearful. As the world nervously watches the spread of COVID-19, the pandemic has begun prompting responses from every industry, and nearly every level of organization in the country. As we are monitoring the situation, now is the time for thoughtful action. The health and wellness of our participants is of vital concern to us.

The Healthcare Think Tank will cancel the remaining San Antonio luncheon for March 25th and ALL chapter luncheons for the month of April. This cancellation will also include the April 7th networking roundtable and reception in San Antonio. (Please note that if you have paid for the upcoming SA luncheon, you will receive a credit for a future event.)

Following are the meetings that will be cancelled and rescheduled:

Austin 4/01 Angel Saucedo, AG Insurance, & Dr. Cliff Porter, TX Direct Medical Care Rescheduled for 5/06
Houston 4/08 Dr. Nancy Dickey, Texas A&M Rural & Community Health Institute To be rescheduled
North Texas 3/19 Robert Earley, JPS Health Network Rescheduled for 5/20
North Texas 4/14 Bob Walker, TX Scottish Rite Hospital for Children Rescheduled for 6/17
San Antonio 3/25 Dr. Nicolas Musi, Barshop Institute for Longevity & Aging Studies To be rescheduled
San Antonio 4/07 Member business development roundtable session and reception hosted by RVK To be rescheduled

We are exploring options and working on a plan for continuing to be on mission in this unexpected season of chaos. We remain committed to working hard to bring you the unique events you love. Though it’s true that our March and April luncheons will no longer take place in the way that we intended, we are staying vigilant to strive toward our purpose – helping you make connections and develop meaningful relationships.

Take care,

The Healthcare Think Tank Team
Linda Elliott, Malcolm Coon and Melissa Murray
