Central Health is the local public entity that connects low-income, uninsured Travis County residents to high quality, cost effective health care. They work with a network of partners to eliminate health disparities and improve health outcomes. Central Health is focused on serving the growing need of residents who rely on the safety-net with more efficient models of care that are cost effective and incorporate the social determinants of health. Mike Geeslin will explain to us how this is happening and what the plans are for the future.
