Austin’s Capital City Innovation District is an emerging, one-of-a-kind downtown neighborhood – the current and future home to innovators who are working out new ways to create healthier communities. Christopher Laing is the inaugural Executive Director of Capital City Innovation, the organization coordinating Austin’s Innovation District. He brings experience in innovation, entrepreneurship and urban innovation district management. He will discuss how he will bring his experiences in accelerating Austin’s Innovation District and the opportunity that the Capital City Innovation District presents for companies, investors, and innovators with an interest in healthy communities.
